I grew up the daughter of a first generation Italian immigrant. From my father, I learned two things early: don't stand still and always be the first one to take the initiative.
Those lessons shaped everything that followed.
Across three countries and some of the world's most demanding professional environments, I built a successful career being the person the top leaders relied on when the stakes were highest. I was the trusted advisor in the room when things got hard. The one they called first. I was proud of that. I had earned it.
I was also a parent. And motherhood became another role. Another thing I tried to fit in, manage, and win.
I didn't slow down. I kept delivering. At work. At home. Everywhere all the time. I kept winning.
Until a moment that changed everything. I was the spokesperson for a company facing a presidential boycott. Death threats were coming from everywhere. I hadn't slept or eaten properly in days. And that had become the norm.
Then someone asked how I was doing.
I said I was great. And I thought I meant it.
That was the moment I realized how completely I had lost myself. I had been so focused on winning every role that I had no idea who I was or how I felt outside of them. I had compromised my health, my wellbeing, and my sense of self without even noticing. Because it all still looked like success.
I didn't find my way back through unplugging or better balance. It wasn't by optimizing or delegating. It was through small shifts, small enough to start immediately but significant enough to compound. Until I looked up and was living a completely different life.
I've always been an explorer. From the Sahara Desert to Iceland to Lapland to the Maldives. I've sought out the unfamiliar because that's where you find out who you really are and what else you can become. That freedom to explore and grow is at the heart of everything I do and everything The Monaco Method is built on.
The drive to unlock greater freedom and possibility is why I do this work. And it's what I want to help you create for yourself.

Winning doesn't have to cost you everything
