STEP ONE
You've achieved more than most. And somewhere beneath the gratitude, there's a discontent you keep pushing down.
Interrupt is where you stop. Not to rest. Not to quit, but to become the observer of yourself. What are you doing? Why? What do you believe about it and what do you get from it?
From there you start to examine what's actually true, what else could be true, and what that means for what you really want. Not what you wanted when you started. What you want right now.
STEP TWO
Most of what's keeping you trapped isn't fact. It's belief. And the only way to change a belief is to test it.
Small, intentional experiments in your real life. If you believe everything falls apart without you, you take yourself out of something low-stakes and watch what happens. Usually it doesn't fall apart. And if something does break, you find out it can be fixed. The impact was never what you feared.
Each experiment builds on the last. Over time you accumulate evidence that changes what you believe is possible. And when the belief changes, the behavior changes with it.
STEP THREE
You've disproven the beliefs that were keeping you stuck. Now you build from them.
One at a time. Each disproven belief becomes a new way of operating. A different decision. A different boundary. A different way of showing up. Not a complete overhaul but a deliberate shift in how you move through your work and life.
Small by design. Because lasting change doesn't come from doing everything differently at once. It comes from doing one thing differently until it becomes who you are.
STEP FOUR
This isn't where the work ends, it's where it becomes yours.
The behaviors you've built are now part of how you operate. Your new default. But life keeps moving and so do you. New roles, new pressures, new versions of the same patterns showing up in different forms.
Adapt is about having the tools to keep doing this work in real time. To catch yourself earlier. To adjust without crisis. To keep raising the bar without paying the same price you used to.
Chronic winners don't stop growing. They just get better at choosing how.
